Vice President, Managed Care Contracting and Payor Relations

Ms. Rabin joined the Daughters of Charity Health System Senior Leadership Team in February, 2005. Ms. Rabin is responsible for the systemwide managed care strategy encompassing major health plan negotiations and payor relationships.

Ms. Rabin has worked within the Daughters of Charity Health System at St. Vincent Medical Center in Los Angeles, California where she served as Director of Managed Care Contracting. There she was responsible for all aspects of managed care and contracting, including participating in systemwide negotiations with several major payors. Additionally, she played an instrumental role in establishing the Multi-Organ Transplant Program Center of Excellence.

Prior to her experience at St. Vincent Medical Center and throughout her career, Ms. Rabin has participated in major turnaround efforts, facilitated start-ups of innovative programs and assumed responsibility for the reorganization and integration of managed care operations for acute care hospitals.

Ms. Rabin received her bachelor of science degree from California Polytechnic State University and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
