Vice President, Operational Finance
In her key leadership role in finance, Ms. Melikian oversees the monthly operating review process for our Daughters of Charity Health System (DCHS) Local Health Ministries, implements labor productivity standards and related reporting mechanisms, develops and implements multiple accounting related policies, and assists in service line modeling and analysis. Ms. Melikian’s work in these areas has significantly benefited DCHS as we work to meet financial and operating goals.
Ms. Melikian’s most recent experience includes serving as a financial consultant to numerous health care organizations, including Catholic Healthcare West, Memorial Health Services, and DCHS. Additionally, she worked for Arthur Andersen from 1986 to 1995 and left as a senior manager.
Ms. Melikian’s experience in business planning and implementing performance improvements has greatly benefited the DCHS finance team. In her leadership role, she works closely with the DCHS Local Health Ministries to assist them in achieving their financial and operational goals.
Ms. Melikian received her bachelor of science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
