Chief Financial Officer
Mike Stuart is the Daughters of Charity Health System (DCHS) Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As a member of the DCHS senior management team, Mr. Stuart guides the health system's financial direction including but not limited to operational finance, the development and monitoring of financial policies and procedures, strategic financial planning, financial performance, and other systems of accountability.
Mr. Stuart joined DCHS in 2002 as a consultant with Deloitte & Touche, LLP in their Healthcare Consultant Group, and in 2003 he became the DCHS Director of Financial Services. In 2005, Mr. Stuart was promoted to Vice President of System Finance where he oversaw the health system's financial reporting and analysis, strategic/financial planning, budgeting, and treasury functions. In 2006, Mr. Stuart assumed the role of interim CFO of DCHS, and in 2007 he was promoted to the CFO role full time.
Mr. Stuart received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Chico.
