President and Chief Executive Officer

Gerald Kozai associated with St. Francis Medical Center in 1989 as Director of Pharmacy Services, becoming Division Director, Clinical Support Services in 1990. He became Vice-President/Professional Services in 1991, Administrator/COO in 1996, and was named President in 1998. At various times, Kozai held the additional titles of President of Robert F. Kennedy Medical Center and Senior Vice President and COO of the South Market of CHW Southern California. He held positions in the Pharmacy and Clinical Support at St. Joseph Medical Center, Burbank from 1981 to 1989.

Kozai is trained as a clinical pharmacist and received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of the Pacific School of Pharmacy.
