President and Chief Executive Officer
James “Jim” F. Dover has more than 30 years of leadership experience in health care, the last 22 in Catholic healthcare working for a variety of Catholic health systems. Since 2004, he has served as the CEO of St. Anthony North Hospital, a member of Centura Health, in Westminster, Colorado. In this leadership role, Dover led the 198-bed hospital to significant improvement in physician and employee satisfaction, and halted the decline in market share though program improvements and physician engagement strategies.
Prior to St. Anthony North, Dover was the President and CEO of Lourdes Health Network, a member of Ascension Health, in Pasco, Washington. Among other accomplishments, he worked with national advocacy staff to overturn Medicare’s adverse disproportionate share ruling, resulting in more than $5 million refunded to Lourdes.
Dover holds a master’s degree in Hospital Administration from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree in Bacteriology from the University of Idaho. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
